There are many firms who are able to film and photograph from drones but those images would still require RICS review to be reliable for the purposes of a survey. The advantage we have is that it is our surveyors pilot the drones and therefore have the knowledge to strategically target areas of concern on a building or plot of land. We offer drone services to the entire area of our locations across the West Country
We are unique in the Bristol and West area as being RICS Chartered Surveyors with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) permission allowing us to use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) drones for commercial purposes.
Aerial surveys offer an additional capacity of inspecting buildings and can enhance the services we already provide.
